Coronavirus Update

Evening all!
I’m sure this won’t be a surprise to many of you, especially if you are backing other Kickstarters who have production in China, but I wanted to give an update. Due to the viral outbreak, production in the factories that I have been working with have been restricted to keep people from gathering. This ultimately means that production has come to a compete hault, and as of this moment, there is no official restart date. While I did pad my estimated delivery date to account for extenuating circumstances, I cannot promise that this will not affect delivery time. While the hope is that things will quickly go back to normal, the health and well-being of people is most important. As soon as I have more information about when the factories are back to work, I promise to update you all. Thank you so much for you understanding on this completely unexpected matter.
For the time being, I will reopen the backerkit preorder store in case anyone you know still wanted to shop and pick up a set.

So, while we play the waiting game, I thought I'd let you all know whats been happening. Honestly, it's not much. The factory has been shut down for a month for the lunar new year (this was meant to end February 3rd but was extended another week due to the corona virus outbreak) but we should be back in the game on Monday! As such, I have allowed final add ons and changes to the backer kit for an extra week because....why not! However, this is the last 2 days to add or change your order (or tell a friend) so share the news so no one misses out. Shipping addresses can still be changed so don't fret if you decide to move. So get those last minute updates added on if you like and I can't wait to update you all with pictures in the following weeks. Here are some of the things to look forward to:
-Pictures of the three choices of sharp edge sets for Lucid Dreaming Tier backers (Ive been designing and reworking to do my best to make sure everyone has something that will make them happy)
-Packaging (this includes labelled cards for each set designed by the amazing Stephanie Haught @smhaugh_art)
-Production pictures and first looks at the D2!

Just a note that the backer kit surveys and preorder store will remain open now until February 1st. In the interest of most people and considering that the factory is shut for Chinese New Year) I’ve decided to extend the time. This will not affect production times, as all public holidays during production time have previously been accounted for in the estimated shipping and delivery dates. Making Moulds!

Evening all!
So I’m back in England and am busy getting moulds made for the exclusive sharp edge set for all lucid tier backers. There will be three options to choose from compiled from your votes. This set will be mailed out to you along with your kickstarter sets. I do have a picture of the shiny shiny master dice that have been fully sanded and polished! I should have the sample sets for you to peek at sometime next week or shortly thereafter!

Hello all!
Hope everyone had an amazing and relaxing holiday season and a great start to the new year. I’m back in England and reunited with my sample dice. Yay! Over the next week, I’ll be posting pics and videos of all the sets over on my Instagram and Facebook. Both are @darkmoondice so keep an eye out for those. If you have any requests for close ups or particular shots, feel free to let me know! The preorder store and backer kit surgery’s are open until January 13th (I might be extending that date as it’s spring holiday in China and the factory is closed anyway) but I’ll keep everyone updated!
